1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

3. Subscription Plans, Billing & Payments

3.1 Plans

We offer free and paid subscription plans, which may include limits on features, sending volumes, or contacts.

3.2 Billing & Renewals

Paid plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as selected). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing period. If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or downgrade your account until the issue is resolved.

3.3 Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Plans remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.Refunds are not provided except where required by law.

• You fail to make payment for paid Services.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, your account may be deactivated, and access to stored data may be revoked. We recommend exporting your data prior to cancellation or termination.

FairyMail, including our software, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by FairyMail or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without our prior written consent.

6. Service Availability & Limitations of Liability

We strive to maintain reliable and secure Services, but we cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access,
• Error-free operation, or
• Complete security.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

FairyMail will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
